Here are the winners of the 4 tickets to Catalyst West Conference starting tomorrow in Irvine, CA.
1. Sheri Rose & Steve Shepherd (@BibleCoaching)
2. Dean Mayeda (@deanmayeda)
Congrats, guys! You’ll be picking up your tickets at the event, but just to confirm you can still go (and to get further details), contact Mary today at 805-527-8900. If we don’t hear from you within the next few hours, we’ll be contacting our runner up.
Thanks to everyone who entered to win the tickets! Just in case you want to see the actual drawing (and don’t mind horribly shot video and audio), here is the video of me drawing the winners.

With Catalyst West Coast being right around the corner (both time-wise and locationally for our offices), we thought we’d do a special little giveaway for all the local people.
We’re giving away 4 Catalyst West Coast tickets to some lucky locals over the next day or so. We’re choosing 2 people to give 2 tickets each… Here’s how you qualify for the giveaway:
1. Must be local (driving distance to Mariners Church in Irvine, CA). We’re just giving the tickets away, and don’t feel like flying anybody out for this one (sorry).
2. Must Re-Tweet the following phrase:
@cloversites is giving away 4 last-minute tickets to #CatWest. Go here for more details: http://bit.ly/hGzAqW
Or, if not on Twitter comment “Hey Clover- I want to go to Catalyst West!” on this post off our Facebook page.
We’ll do a drawing and announce it on our blog (and Twitter and Facebook) at 12PM Pacific sharp tomorrow (March 1st). We’ll contact the winners asap, and tell you where at the event to pick up your tickets.
Good luck everyone!

Clover has been a proud sponsor of Justin Taylor’s blog for a while now, and after hearing a little of Clover’s story decided to interview me on his blog. You can check out the interview here.
We are also planning on doing an iPad giveaway through his site sometime early next week, so stay tuned for that.

If you’ve been to any conferences Clover has sponsored, you’ve probably met some of our people representing us at our booth. We’ve got a great team of people who rep us all over the country- some on staff, and some volunteer.
If you had a chance to go to Catalyst West Coast a couple of weeks ago, you might have run into our friend, Mondo Scott. Mondo is the Student Life Pastor at Cornerstone Church in Moorpark (and Clover user), and graciously accepted the invitation to represent us at Catalyst. Read More…

I normally don’t advocate downloading and using free fonts… They are typically a little off, cheap-looking, or way, way, way over used. Smashing Magazine just posted a list of “25 New High Quality Free Fonts“. A few of them are decent, and if you are a little broke in the design department, might be worth picking up and adding to your collection.
Be careful with free fonts, though… Especially if you’re a designer. As with most things in life, you typically pay for what you get.

If you haven’t heard the news, Haiti was hit by a huge 7.0 earthquake yesterday. Read more here.
If you are looking for a very tangible way to help the situation over there, let me encourage you to come along side Compassion International’s efforts to provide vital food and water to families in Haiti.

Hey Guys,
Well that was fast. We have been doing some testing and everything Clover related is now up and running. It appears as though this was also affecting many other companies and organizations that use Amazon S3 as well. Good to see that the Internet is working again!
Have a Merry Christmas.
