New Green Thumb: Forever Found

Forever Found is an amazing organization with an amazing mission and a great site to support their cause. Forever Found was started to help as many victims of human trafficking and child prostitution as possible and they have an awesome way of getting the word out and supporting their cause. They use artists’ talents to get the word out about Forever Found and all of the proceeds from the sales of the art go straight to supporting the rescue and restoration of children victimized by child trafficking and prostitution. If you take a look at their site you can see that they place a lot of attention on the photos of those in need. They also have placed some interesting textures over each of the photos which is a theme throughout the site. This is a great organization with an equally effective site to backup their purpose.

Villa Parker is a picturesque plot of land tucked away on an acre of lush gardens, winding paths and amazing scenery. The thing that we appreciate the most about their design aesthetic is how they have captured the charm of Villa Parker as if you were to actually visit their estate. Their site relies heavily on pictures and slideshows to convey what the property has to offer, and they supplement their site with multiple links to preferred partners as well a blog where you can stay up to date with all things Villa Parker. Overall, the site is designed with a vibe that is warm and welcoming, with rich tones to match the Harvest site design. Located just 20 minutes south of Denver, Villa Parker is a hidden getaway that is easily distinguished by it’s unique setting.

New Green Thumb: The Samaritan Center

The Samaritan Center is community based non-profit organization that reaches out specifically to the homeless population. The site that they have created with Clover effectively portrays their involvement in the community, the programs they offer as well as testimonials from those that have received help from The Samaritan Center. We particularly like how raw the photos are. Showing real people receiving real help. The Samaritan Center has invested the time and effort of taking genuine pictures of people that they help which gives the site a certain level of ‘humanness’.
