New Green Thumb: Fellowship Evangelical Free Church

Fellowship Evangelical Free Church is a ministry that has a lot going on in their community, which is one of the reasons that their Clover site is so successful. The moment that you visit their site you are given the option to utilize the various resources they offer, from social media to media resources directly on the site itself. The design and attention to detail is also excellent, with a unique method for integrating social media icons in the logo header. We have shown this “trick” to many of our other customers, who have implemented it on their Clover sites as well! Take a look at their entire site to see how they are using graphics for their speaking series as well as all the other aspects they offer at Fellowship Evangelical Free Church.

How do you do this “trick” to add text and social media and things to logo header?

Hey Jeff,

My favorite part of this site! The social media is a part of their logo artwork, and they have simply made it link to their social media page. The best part is that this particular site design has a logo area that spans the entire width of the site!

You will see with our newer designs, there are larger logo areas and sometimes even multiple options for the logo placement and design. Harmony and Bordeaux are a couple of sites that have this too -

That’s great. Any chance other designs like North Coast or Meadowbrook or others might change and have larger logo areas or multiple options for the logo placement??

Hey Jeff,

We’ve definitely thought of that and it’s possible you might see this down the road!

One thing we’ve found out is that it makes sense for some designs a bit more than others. Something we’ve had to consider.

I’ll definitely pass your idea on though!

I would love to see the logo/header “trick” made applicable to North Coast as well – that would be awesome!
