Busy, busy, busy…
Hey Everyone!
I thought it’d be good to do a quick blog post to check in with everyone. This past month has been pretty nuts around the Clover offices. Sorry for the lack of content coming to our blog as of late- we’ve got a million irons in the fire at the moment, and unfortunately (as always) social media is the last on the priority list!
Here’s a quick update of what’s been going on:
1. We’ve moved offices!
You probably haven’t noticed (unless you’ve called in and heard banging!), but we’ve just moved offices. You can see our new address here. We’re now in Newbury Park (which is right down the road from Simi Valley), and occupy a second floor of an office complex in beautiful Ventura County. Construction has taken a few months, but we’re coming close to the end (and occupying the space during the final touches).
The space is absolutely amazing. Once everything is put together, we’ll be sure to post pics and a video tour. My office is still under construction, so I’ve been able to work out in customer service for the past couple of weeks or so… Here is my current view:

We’ll be sure to post more pics and video for you architecture/interior design peeps soon.
2. Billing System:
This is a boring item, but we are finishing up our final touches on our brand new billing center for all the Clover customers. We’ve been putting this project off for about 2 years… Not as fun as other projects. But we decided to put some development hours into this for both your sake and ours. In the next month or so, we’ll be rolling out our new Billing Center that will allow you to see all your transaction and billing history, as well as have one place to edit and update all your vital and secure information. As anyone who has ever dealt with storing credit card info securely knows, to do this type of thing right is amazingly complicated and tedious (but worth it). We’ll let you know when everything is live.
3. 2 more weeks of $250 for Clover Friends Small Business referrals!
This promo is coming to an end in a couple of weeks, so spread the word while you still can to make some money. A lot of people have been taking advantage of this offer, so don’t miss out!
4. Clover Gives: International Justice Missions
We’re just about to write our Clover Gives check to IJM for this quarter. Thanks to everyone who purchased a website this quarter, who (knowingly and unknowingly) donated their first month’s hosting payment to the work of IJM.
So that’s some what’s been happening around the Clover offices for the past few weeks. We hope you all are having a great Christmas season.

Great choice with IJM!
Awesome view! I don’t know about others, but it would be great to hear your thoughts/visions/dreams on what other features you would like to add to your sites (not necessarily meaning it will happen, but who knows…). I’ve talked with a few of your support staff about adding a playlist feature that streams over page changes, a blog feature that allows “followers” or “subscribers” to leave comments, and also a way to embed live video feeds (for those of us using your sites for ministry). Well… there are my brainstorms! Can’t wait to see what you guys come up with next!
Hey Preston – we’re definitely planning some new things, because we love creating valuable tools and features! As of now, we’re not planning on doing a blog feature, mostly because there are so many good blogging tools already out there. Our first priority is to finish the features we’ve already promised: the forms page and the photo album page. I think both of those will be awesome. As we determine anything else, we’ll keep everybody updated. –Ben
Hey ben,
Our church has some new things coming up that we would like to have the forms feature for. Can you give give us an estimate on when that awesome feature will be available?
Hey Lucas,
No release date just yet, but we do have a great suggestion! On our site we have some third party resources that are free and awesome. Maybe that would work for the time being? http://www.cloversites.com/other/help/recommended-third-party-resources-for-your-website/
I just wanted to let you know that we just launched Exodus Church, in Asheville, NC. We’ve had an extremely high interest in our website, and we hope to continue reaching a large audience of people seeking hope.
“The website is the new front door” – thanks for offering such a great design!

Hey Jay,
Happy to help out! Your site is looking great. Nice work -
I am also looking forward to the new pictures of your new digs
I love Clover!
Hey guys!! just curious as to an update on the forms feature- i know there are some freebies out there to tackle this, but i know with the clover way of doing things it will be way cooler and easier to use. this will probably end up being our most utilized piece of our website. thanks!
Hey Eric – sorry we haven’t mentioned this in a while. We were just talking about how we need to announce this.
We’re working hard on the form creator right now. I would say we’re about 75% done, but I can’t promise any ETA at this point. It will be a really nice feature, though!
