New Site Designs

We’ve just launched 2 new site designs- Lakeview and Connection. We went pretty conservative with Lakeview, and went techno, Web 2.0-ish for Connection (with a background that changes slightly each time you load the site). You can demo everything online, so make sure you check them both out when you get a chance.

Wow, ‘Connection’ is really awesome!!! However, you still haven’t added a key component that would make all the sites better……… font colors!

Hear me out…… modify ‘Connection’ to have the main color as #6195B8 and the accent color to #FFD800. Now try reading the default text color. Tough, eh? Hmmm….. what can we do about that?

I didn’t see anything in Greenhouse 2.0 that addresses that.

But I love that site!!

@Brian Thanks for your feedback and thanks for bringing that to our attention. We have actually increased threshold for that font color so that that it turns white on recognition of a lighter color. Go ahead and try #6195B8 as the main color now and that should look great!

Changing the font colors is an option that we have been discussing as a feature, however we strive to keep the sites as beautiful as possible and we feel as though a font color option would compromise the aesthetics of the design.
