We are looking very seriously at switching over to Clover....but what you said makes a lot of sense. Sometimes less is more. It's fun to play with the bells and whistles as long as the purpose of the website is clear. Are we trying to sell the bells and whistles, the church or just tell about Jesus ?
I love the clean template designs Clover offers. Keep up the great work, hopefully soon we will be joing Clover.

AMEN and AMEN!

We are a parachurch organization that serves pastors, missionaries and others in ministry. We are close to being online with our new site but that is the question we've been trying to bang into our heads at each turn. Are we communicating who we are not just playing the website cleverness game.

Well said. As a pastor it is easy to apply this same problem to the church. It is a constant conversation among my colleagues and I.
