What “Documents” Means For You
A few weeks ago we added a new feature: Documents! You can now add articles, sermon notes, small group discussion questions, youth group waiver forms or anything else you can think of.
Like everything else in the Greenhouse, we tried to make it as simple and intuitive as possible. Here’s the process for adding a document to a page on your site:
1. Type some text on your page (maybe something like “download our children’s ministry signup form”
2. Highlight that text and click the new “add a document” button
3. Choose the document file from your computer
It’s really that easy… Your text will turn into a link to your document that opens a new window.
In case you were wondering, you can put any type of file on your site as a “document”: PDF, Word, Excel, Text Files, even MP3’s or HTML files. We recommend PDF’s for most cases because they can be opened easily by the widest number of internet users. (Not everyone has Microsoft Office or Internet Explorer).
This new feature adds a whole new set of possibilities to your site, and we’re happy it’s finally here! We’ll be adding a lot more features in the next few months, so keep a look out…

Yes guys!
Way to go!
Literally yesterday our secretary asked if we could post a financial giving document on the site. I didn’t know and waited to respond to her until today and then got your email.
Its almost as if God cared.
